Larry D’ Ambrosio, President of Western Contractors founded (WCCO) as a Community Outreach to provide MBE construction jobs for the WCCO Trade Trainings Workforce Development Program. WCCO offers an education in construction that also includes Apprenticeship and Job Placement. 

WCCO provides trained crew members that have the skills to complete the specified scope of work, efficiently and safely. The goals of WCCO Trade Training Programs is to improve the quality of the MWBE construction workforce by producing skilled work crews and sub-contractors as a work cadre to the Prime Contracting Community. WCCO, provides the opportunity to support the education and, development of the next generation of trained professional tradesmen in order to supply a quality work force to the local Construction Industry.
